The Process of Custom Containers
1. Quote |
2. Confirm Drawing |
3. Mock Up Output |
4. Mass Production |
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will initiate discussions to understand your requirements. Once the customer decides to proceed with the custom container project after confirming the quotation, we will provide 2D/3D drawings based on the customer’s specifications.
After receiving the drawing confirmation, we will move to the next stage and create a mock sample for the customer’s approval. If everything meets expectations, mass production will commence, following the latest approved mock-up.

Some Projects Demo
Here are some of the customized compostable material projects we have developed. We collaborated with our customers to test PBS with Starch thermoforming and CPLA food trays, which have yielded remarkable results. We invite you to join us in creating your next custom thermoforming container using sustainable materials.
